Zuplo
Infrastructure

Multi-Cloud API Gateway

Route API traffic to backends across any cloud provider from a single, unified gateway. No vendor lock-in, no complex networking.

Any Backend, Any Cloud

Proxy requests to AWS, Azure, GCP, on-premises, or any HTTP endpoint from a single Zuplo gateway.

Secure Tunneling

Connect to private backends using Zuplo's WireGuard-based secure tunneling — no public IP required.

Unified Policies

Apply consistent authentication, rate limiting, and observability across all backends regardless of their cloud.

Infrastructure

Backend Agnostic Routing

Define routes that proxy to different backends based on path, headers, or any request attribute. Route /v1 to your AWS backend and /v2 to your GCP backend with a single gateway configuration.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Multi-Cloud Gateway.

Can I route to multiple backends from one gateway?

Yes. Each route in Zuplo can proxy to a different backend. You can have some routes go to AWS Lambda, others to a GCP Cloud Run service, and others to an on-premises server — all from one gateway.

How does secure tunneling work?

Zuplo's tunnel agent runs inside your private network and establishes an outbound WireGuard connection to Zuplo's edge. This allows the gateway to reach your private backends without requiring inbound firewall rules or a public IP.

Does Zuplo support traffic splitting for canary deployments?

Yes. You can configure percentage-based traffic splitting between backends for canary releases or A/B testing. Change the split percentage without a gateway redeployment.

What authentication methods work with private backends?

Zuplo can forward requests to private backends with any authentication the backend requires — Bearer tokens, mTLS, API keys, or other schemes. Credentials are stored securely in Zuplo's environment variables.
